I'd be interested in seeing your business case. Obviously, if you can convince investors you have a well thought out plan to achieve a postive return on investment and have minimized risk, you should be able to find the money you need. I recommend doing a lot of case study research into recent short line start-ups, looking at their business models, how they raised capital, financed start-up, etc. Bottom line is to lay out a detailed, specific strategy for success. Good luck in your quest.
