Plymouth to Sellafield...

Sorry if I have posted this in the wrong place.
I would like to know if anyone has any idea which route the Navy would/could use to transport any nuclear products from Plymouth to Sellafield by rail?
What highly populated areas would they pass through?
Would they go through any specific stations?
Has anyone seen one of these trains and cargo?????????????
Many thanks
Ned

Thru Plymouth, up the Great Western thru Exeter, Bristol; Midland to Birmingham usually as this train runs in the small hours then up the West Coast to Carlisle and down to Sella.
So, barring London it runs thru most major conurbations in the UK. However, finding out when it runs is entirely different.....
