Need Help with Scenary

    What type of paint are you supposed to use or if there is any general purpose paints that you use for perm-a-seal (Rocks, etc.)?

    I don't know what perm-a-seal is, but if it's any sort of plaster product, you can use the Woodland Scenics paints.

    You might try searching the Model Railroader forums for otrher opinions.
