  • I'm well-aware of that. I have a topic about it on the trains magazine < railroads forum.
  • well the Augusta ''Odd One'' CSX 1233 has been painted to YN3 from YN2 after being the only YN2 switcher (the YN3's were 1171,1179,1236). The paint was brand new you can see it shine and probaly smell the paint any where near the engine.

  • Hey guys, guess who is finally back from banishment.
  • Sorry, i have only just had enough time to check here. Sunday was a soooo good day, at one of many sububaran railway stations i waved to the train driver, and he blew his horn at me. i felt so good, and the trains i saw were : 2 t sets, 1 m set, 2 l/r/s sets, 3 v sets and i k set or was it a c set??? i didn't get pics, though next time i will.
this is the link to the cityrail site, it runs the sububarban trains, and has a fleet section:http://www.cityrail.info/aboutus/trains/train_1.jsp

    that is all

  • Glad to see that Mr. RR rednack is back. Banishment you say, well it's over.

What kind of a name is tangara!!!!![xx(] Even the railcars there coming up with are ugly!
City rail is strange. But if they think it's a good idea.... what ever.

    Nothing new.

    Mr. Kale.....2 days to go.

    Please don't call me that.
  • Okay, someone's gonna tell me what's gonna happen in two days..
I had a good vacation. Quite fun. Then I got my pics back. They're currently 56 and 60 in the railpictures que, and another one is about to be submitted. I'll probably also upload them to rrpicturearchives.
Eric's back! Sweet! Maybe it's time to delete your posts on your forum? You know the ones I mean..
And I've got a lot of talking about my weekend in my forum's coffee shop, if you want to know.

  • Redneck or Eric.
  • Funny that some people think Redneck is a derogotory term...
I got my reprints scanned, hope you like them...
From waay back when I went to Lethbridge and saw the world's longest steel railwaiy bridge:

And one from Summer, can't remember what state this was, but it may have been either Illinois or Iowa. RS-11. Too bad it wasn't on.

A couple pics of that ES44DC I saw in Jasper in January..took me this bleeding long to get them developed..

And the photo that I've been raving about all this time came back with the bottom chopped off, but it's still pretty good with a touch of cropping.

And now I'm off for the night..too bad aboiut 06Archerd suddenly becoming a troll, eh?
