TEEN RAILFAN PLACE-LET'S TALK TRAINS! Thread Locked

  • Hey Richard...didn't the CSX lease a whole buch of locos becasue they were later to order all the new power??
  • I'm not quite sure but I do know that they are now ordering ES44DCs, SD70ACes (well they pretty much wrapped these up) and even I heard a rumor that they were going to buy some AC44CWCTEs. I don't know if that is true or not.

Anyways, I like the leasers although I'm taking to the ES44DCs real well! And the same goes for NS's SD70M-2s and ES40DCs! I like em'!

  • Second, seriously, what did I do, Alec?

  • Alec, very nice shots, and congrats on another railpictures.net pic!!!

Well, I should get back to studying finals... DARN FINALS!!!

And, I see ya down there, Scott, you know that you're welcome here!!!
  • Again, I have laid dormant for a while. I would have been on more this weekend, but I worked quite a bit both Saturday and Sunday.

Noah: Don't worry, just keep calm, and focused, and you should do fine on the PSATs, and then again on the SATs.[8D]

Lotus: On my computer, I draw more along the ways of CAD. I use MS Paint, Photoshop, Macromedia Fireworks, and am working with Flash. I used to use Appleworks, but that is not on my PC.

  • Dude, that turbine is slick!!!

    Okay, back to studying....
  • Richard, Pretty sweet photos. It looks like you had a good time foaming too.

Matt, did I miss something? Why are you apologizing? If you'd rather not discuss it here your welcome to e-mail me....

Well guys, another average day at school though. I had one final today, a simple geometrey computer program final. Didn't take that long as it wasn't that hard, so I think I did well.

For me Wednesday-Friday comes the big finals. I'm fairly confident I'll do well in most of them, the only one I'm worried about is English (I've never been real good at English, although I usually sneak by with an A or B.)

Well guys, I better get going. I want to do some work on my module, and I've got a little studing to do. See ya all around,

    Noah
  • NS dosen't have any GP18's left on roster.I think the GP38's should stay they are very useful but got alot to go around since they have GP38's from CR,NW,SR,and the rebuild series in the 5800's or GP38-3 but they should let a few go when needed.

Note 4601 is on the loose C&O 4617 back in Augusta

  • Ohh, I fogot to tell Richard that he got some awesome shots!!!! Looks like you had a good day!!!
  • Thanks, Chris and Oskar to all that complimented on my photos! In fact, I submitted a couple to railpictures, we'll see how they turn out! They more than likely will---I just have that feeling!!!

Anyways, this crappy weather better not come back next weekend and foil my friend and I's plans again!!! That will be three weekends in a row if it does!!

Oskar- CSX 2667 was spotted in Fostoria, OH on 1/14/2006! In a nice, colorful consist!

By the way--do you get any GEC-Alsthom Leasers down there (for instance: GCFX 6045)? I saw 6045 up here in Berea trailing a grey CN SD40-3! Nice line-up of grey units!!!

  • Hey guys
Tomorrow I go back to school, and I am actually looking forward to it. I slept a lot today, and I need to because I am completely drained still, but feeling a lot better.

  • 4610? you mean 4601.4610 is retired.I wouldn't be surprised if 4617 leaves soon.

Heres some pics that I found of 4601 and 4617 before the yellow noses

  • Alec, I did that because I was telling people not to feed the troll! Ask Max! He had the most interaction with that troll!
And so these 4600 series are old SD40s, eh? Cool!
The apology thing is because me and a few people from my school ganged up on Eric (RR Redneck) and flamed him into oblivion..not the greatest thing to do, eh? Yeah, that's where the apology is coming from..
Colin!!! WTH do you want to go to school?? n00b!!! The only things I have to look foreward to are the exams, being spurned in english, and being relatively spurned in musical theatre. At least today a girl called me her hero..for playing Eric Clapton's Sunshine of your Love on my recorder! :-D That makes a happy matt!!
Unfortunately, this math test doesn't make me a happy matt..I've already disappointed myself by not knowing what this is..in a short period..

Which number cannot be expressed in the form , where m and n are integers, and n does not equal 0?

    1) A natural number
    2) A whole number
    3) An integer
    4) A rational number
    5) An irrational number

  • I don't know who this Eric guy is, but if he is your friend then why would you even flame him to begin with that ain't something that friends don't do. I would feel really bad if one of my friends did that to me. Why would you do a thing like that anyway?
  • Hey, that's not nice! I know that you're right, but coming from you.. :-P
The last couple questions were broken links, and I ended up getting 77%..never thought I'd fail at math 10 the second time around!
Pennfan Yeah, talking to you..You may be dead on, but coming from you in particular, it's a bit mean..
