Man, I can't do that railfan trip today because this ***ing *** weather had to come all of the sudden! Yesterday: Perfect weather! Today: A ***ing blizard of hell from nowhere! Excuse my language. I woudn't of been this pissed off if the *** weather didn't come from nowhere! Err! Now my friend's mother wants to wait a freaking week to do the plan over again!!!

But hey, at least my dad offered to do it tomorrow if the weather was good enough! (Hint: this *** weather won't be!)

Hey, thanks!!! Yeah, I did take a few crooked, as I was too lazy to set up my tripod[;)] I do own/operate locomotives of the Burlington Northern, CSX and MRL, but I have not detailed any of those. However, I am working on a BN ZC30-7 that I am in the process of fixing up, so I will post pics when that is all done..

Richard, I know how ya feel, today it is beatiful, and a THREE DAY WEEKEND, but I have to study for $%%#@# Exams....[xx(]

However, if I study a ton today, dad said he will let me work on my trains either tonite or tomomow!!!

LETS GO TIGERS! (clap, clap, clap clap clap )
  • I am positive that it mwas an SD45. When I was in Wisconsin rapids I saw something that is quite rare. The paper plant there has an RS1 o RS2 don't remember exactly. They used it to switch out the paper plant and I also saw an old SW1500 and looked as if the WC had it a very long time since the paint was so faded and the metal rusted but it sounded good. Dan ( that friend of mine in Superior) took so many pictures of it.

    Heres the SW.

I acually found the SD45 picture so have a look.[:D]
Sorry about the darkness of the photos since all day down there it was cloudy and dark.
Ok so the IC unit was not a GP35. I made a mistake there.

  • Wha? I thought you said it was painted in CN paint Oyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy! And they took down the WC herald too! *** YOU CN! Gaw, where that fricken logo was is now the ugly CN noodle. I hope someone spray paints the thingFunny thing though, the 6591 was on the train down here. Check railpics for the pic.

  • Alec, know you know how I felt when CN put their noodle right next to the DMIR's Arrowhead sign. At least the arrowhead is still there.

  • I hope I don't become live bate saying this, but CN ain't that bad, in my opinion. I like their red, white and black locos and even their grey and orange ones. But I do feel for you. When your favorite railroad is bought and then the buying railroad company rubs it all up in your face, it ticks you off, to say the least!

  • Richard.......................................YOUR MINE! Lol, jk, but you may not see it that CN is that bad, because to you its just another railroad. CSX and WLE are doin ok right now so you dont really care about CN besides their engines. To me and Max, its much worse. Our favorite engines are getting scrapped, and just getting run into the ground.

  • Alec I did not say painted in CN color. I said it was painted in WC colors if you did not read my post with the CN logo on the cab somewhere. Now, I am dropping this conversation and moving on to a better and different conversations. I am sorry if you did not understand!
