Mine would have to be the BL2 in the Florida East Coast Railways two tone red and yellow paint scheme with black cats whiskers on the nose. It was both a covered wagon and the original geep for all that followed. With the "comfort cabs" they figured out they had it right 50 years ago. It also had the original "Draper taper" but from top to bottom instead of outside in. [wow]

Well, I'm new this forum, but I'd like to give my opinion as both a railfan and a locomotive engineer. My favorite locomotive of all time is the EMD SD40-2. From an engineer's standpoint, they're tough, pretty reliable, have excellent throttle response, and they rarely have any wheelslip (unlike a GE Trash 9). From a railfan standpoint, I love the way they sound, be it in run 8 grinding uphill or going down the other side with the dynamics howling. Not only that, I think they look really COOL, too!
