GoRail

  • For anyone (and I know there are a lot of us) interested in being kept up to date on some of the federal and state freight rail policies being debated - there is a great website – www.gorail.org – It seems to be targeted for freight rail employees and retired workers – but it also allows “rail fans” to participate and sign-up for their updates. Depending on how much you care (or want to be involved) they can also give you information on how to contact law makers when certain pieces of legislation affecting the freight rail industry are being debated. It is free. Just wanted to share incase anyone has an interest!

  • We could sure use something. Several months ago I signed up for a site that is basically a front for the AAR, and they haven't done [oops!]-all as far as sending me info.
