That's alright, I to am a freshman, and I have 2 juniors and 2 sophmores in front of me, so getting third chair as you can tell for me is a hell of an ocomplishment. Also I neglected to say last night that I am the freshman representative.

I lost my first chair title to my former best friend. He challenged me to a song that was then and somewhat still is hard for me to play. Plus the SOB practiced in secret till the day before.

Yeah I hear ya, I would probably be 2nd or third in Jazz band if it wasnt for this other freshman who takes private lessons from 3 differetn people. I have never taken a lesson, just some hints from my dad, a sort of trumpet player!!!!!
