I thank you all for your thoughts on my last post about Gillette, WY. I got to thinking about something and have not been able to reach my UTU Training Rep in Gillette or my HR Rep, so maybe you can help me. I was hired on in Gillette and I know I will train there with 14 others. Will I stay there after my training or will they transfer me somewhere else? Will all of my class stay and if so how is senority given out? If only a few of us our sent away how is it decided? Here is my deal...I'm already liking how Gillette sounds and I am scared of big Cities. Can anyone help me out?

I grew up in a village of 300 people and now live in Chicago, a city consisting of about fifty different neighborhoods or political villages called wards. Big cities aren't necessarily that terrifying!
But surely you didn't mean to imply that Gilette has become a big city?
