hello i am new and i was just wondering dose anyone have any ideas how to start modle traing[:I]

I reccomednd to start with a HO scale set. If that's too pricy buy a $10.00 model power
swither & some bachmann or atlas track, & a lifelike controller. If you can afford alot
go with a KATO SD-70 & walthers intermodel cars, or a Bachmann 4-8-4, & some
walthers boxcars. Start with DC power, it's cheaper. If you want a middle priced item
go with Athrean Blue box stock.

Stay away from the basic Life Like & Bachmann.Go with Athearn,Spectrum,Proto 2000,or,if you can afford it,Kato.Enjoy your new hobby[:D]!

Always get kadee coupler's & walthers or atlas freight. kato is the top train around
& goes for about $140.00 on a SD-60.
