CSX CW44-6AC (AC6000W)

Why do the CSX AC6000W's have thin yellow lettering on the sides outlined in blue with the rest of the locomotive in regular YN2? I call them YN2 and a half units. Are there any of them NOT in YN2?

I don't remember why they have that paint scheme but all are painted in it. However, C60AC's 600 and 601 were delivered in standard YN2 paint but have since been re-lettered.
