this is my HO train setup in my basement. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_pB2GHDppno worked great for a year. I have 20 locomotives and 3 trolleys. Then one day, nothing..... The trains won't run, they all will light up, but will not move. So I bought many many new power packs (16). same issue. So I took my trains over to my friends house, they work. Bought a Track Voltage Tester that I test all over the layout, it passed with flying colors. I had my neighbor the electrician put his volt meter on it the track in different areas, no problem. I took the entire track apart, cleaned everything and reassembled, still nothing. It's been 3 years since it's worked. I'm stumped. What should I try next?
