Hi! My husband enjoys model trains that are HO scale, and I am wondering if someone can tell me what the best magazines would be for information on this scale. I would love to get him some subcriptions. Thanks so much!

Model Railroader,Railroad Model Craftsman,Model Railroading, and Railroad Model Journal. These are all great magazines to read and get every month. The most important thing that I would do is to visit your local hobby shop, and see the many other railroad magazines that you might like to get him as well. Hope this helps you out.

One of the best is Mainline Modler IMHO. You might also want to find out if he has a favorite railroad and get him a membership in its historical society which would give him all kinds of information about that railroad and put him in touch with people with similar interests.
