In the New York Times article about heroin use in northern New England, this peculiar rail tunnel has tracks but just beyond the tunnel it is truncated by what looks like a highway bridge stanchion and a building.

What line is it?

I rather suspect that that's a boulevard-wide road overpass.  Check along the Springfield Terminal Railway alignment in Portland for possible sites.
