You may be looking for a more detailed map than what is found at this link, but note that the railway is over 800 miles long:

With a little effort I was able to follow most of the route alignment starting from Churchill on Google Maps satalite view. They don;t have maps of most of the route. In some areas the track arrangements could be made out.
Google Earth appears to be even better be better in some areas
In some areas roads are built on the RR alignment.
I tried to sell my two cents worth, but no one would give me a plug nickel for it.
I don't have a leg to stand on.
