Did Southern Pacific bought all 28 GS4 locomotives (4430-4457) in 1941.

Did Southern Pacific bought all 28 GS4 locomotives (4430-4457) in 1941.

No.

4430 to 4449 were delivered in April and May 1941.

4450 to 4457 were delivered in March and April 1942, almost a year later.
