Old Railroad in Will County, Illinois

I found somewhere online info about which railroad built a bridge across the Kankakee River at the Kankakee/Will County Line. All that remains is the piers in the river west of the Warner Bridge Road. I found some info a while back saying is was a company that went bust before it could operate. The bridge was one of the few things that got built or started...

I found this bridge piers as well and the same information , but I don't know any more .
