I can help with shipping arrangements and shipping is completely the responsibility of the buyer(s) in every aspect. This can either be put on a flatbed semi or if going a long way away from Seneca, SC (where it is located), you may opt to have it placed on another flatbed railcar and transported to your town then off loaded onto a semi and delivered to your location. Just depends on what you have in mind and where you are located. This would also make a great efficiency apartment for the guests when they arrive. I have a cupola caboose that has already been converted into a complete efficiency complete with sink, refrigerator, bathroom, shower, wash/dryer, bed, kitchen table, closets, countertop storage etc. But it would be rather more expensive than this unit.
