Stock cars

  • The question about the Hicks Stock Car brought back memories of growing up near one of the mainlines through Atlanta, and seeing the stock cars rolling through.

One of my coworkes grew up in Hayti, MO. and we got to talking, and we have not seen a stock car in quite a while.  What happened to them, and has anyone seen one recently?

We live in the Memphis, TN area and thought with the major lines coming through, that we would have seen more than we have remembered.
