The City Edge layout. H.O. 1/87th scale

The St. Louis San Francisco railway or more accurately known as the "Frisco" "SLSF" that ran thru St. Louis back in the 60s & 70s and as a kid I thought had to coolest paint scheme on their locomotives. Burlington Northern purchased the railroad in 1980 and replaced the cool Red & White with the Irish green of BN....well you can still see this classic Red & White locomotives running thru my City Edge layout!. Although at bit weather beaten and in need of a NEW paint job these engines still perform the daily tasks on my layout!...just like back in the cool 70s!...gotta Love it!.
