Another old Walthers kit that was rebadged from its original livery. I have no idea how particulates are handled in the production of sandpaper, but I thought that dry materials of various grit sizes might make a plausible load for a covered hopper- in this case, company owned. No big alterations to the kit- IM wheels and Kadee couplers, NMRA guideline- weighted. The ends are Rustoleum Primer Red and the body is Rustoleum Aluminum, with my own decals made on Bel clear decal paper on a Canon Pixma MX922 inkjet.
