This unpowered model is based on the prototype. The front rail still has to be built. And the whole thing has to be weathered heavily. The prototype was scrapped some years ago. So that is where the CDLX comes in. Instead of scrap, went to the rent a wreck fleet. No idea what CDLX would stand for. Any quess'
