As a cold Dec 2014 wind blows ,Hazzard Range sand and gravel Gravel pit A supervisor Tamra Cortez heads back to her work truck after giving the crew of ICR ( Inter County Railway ) 3114 some paper work . The crew 3114 is taking these 8 empty hoppers from the Gravel pit A to a storage track at the Eagle Lake Dam,so they can be loaded with old concrete rubble that has been sitting out by dam since 1960s when a old building was torn down .

BOR ( Bureau of Reclamation ) who oversees the dam ,that was built between 1914 and 1920 as part of Rio Grande Project. As of 2014 real life BNSF 3114 a EMD GP50 is a EX Burlington Northern and still in service ,but is Fictional life BNSF 3114 was sold to ICR in Nov 2014
