Staten Island Rapid Transit Camelback #28 backs up to pick up an empty hopper car from the coal dump trestle at the Mount Loretto Home for Children. Many hospitals and institutions received coal and supplies by rail until the mid-20th Century. The action takes place on an HO scale diorama built to represent an orphanage powerhouse on Staten Island in New York.
