Layout in a Storage Closet - 2 ft x 5 ft

This is a work in progress layout that I have been fortunate enough to have a closet space to keep it set up. Inspiration comes from the Small Arms Industrial Park in Salt Lake City, Utah. Industries that you can see are a box and pallet company and a lumberyard. Time period is set in the 1960's but there is one discrepancy if you can find it in the picture. Behind the camera is a hallway in which future expansions can be added on. As the closet space is for storage of rarely used items, this is ideal for me. I can keep the door open and still hear and be a part of what is going on downstairs. Man Cave? Definitely! Feel free to post comments and advice as they are most welcome.
