This engine house serves the Estrada de Ferro Perto D'Água ( Near Water RR ) that is a 30" gauge line that connects the standard gauge main line with the Port.
The On30 52 feet long line was handlaid with code 100 track on pre weathered wood ties and includes four turnouts and a turntable .
