XTrkcad download troubles

I want to download it but this is what screen it gose to and just stayes there helpp!!!

Because you have to download it from another site.

If you go to the bottom of the main page, all the info is there on where to get the files. Click on the "home" to get there.

Or you can get a newer open source version at XTrkCad.org

I just downloaded the one for Windows 98 with no problem. Anybody tried the one for 2000 or XP?
