Anyone with LokSound programmer in Detroit area?

Hi all.

Just bought a custom sound installed Atlas C424 but the chip isn't correct for the model.  Caveat emptor, I didn't specify when I ordered it but that having been said is there anyone in the Detroit area that could help with a reprogram?  I've downloaded the ESU soundset already.
