Question for modelers in Phoenix, Sun City, West Valley AZ

Years ago in Model Railroader I think, I read of a fairly large sized HO club layout that was in Sun City Community Center for use by the residents of Sun City.  Does anyone know if that layout still exist.  Sun City was one area I am considering for retirement.  Thanks

The layout is in the Fairway Recreation Center at 107th Ave and Peoria.  It is open to the public Monday through Friday from 1 PM to 3 Pm during the winter months, I'm not sure when its open during the summer.  They actively solicit new members and may be building a new layout when the current Fairway Rec Center is replaced.
