I Just Returned From A Trip To Albequerque. Very Nice City. Saw Quite A Bit Of BNSF Action Between Fort Worth and Albuquerque. Noticed A Former West Texas&Lubbock GP7 At An Elevator Between Iowa Park and Vernon.

Also Noticed A Geep At The Coop In Vernon As Well.Looked To Be Painted In A MoPac Scheme.Any Have Some Info??Saw The"Madame Queen"2-10-4 In Amarillo. They Put A Fence Around Her and Theyr'e Planning To Cosmetically Restore Her Soon.

Rode The Santa Fe Southern To Lamy and Back Thursday. In Addition To Their"Kodachrome"Red&Orange Scheme Geeps,They Had Another Former West Texas and Lubbock Geep On The Roster As Well.

And About The Duke City Itself,At The Far Edge of The Amtrak Depot,I Saw Former Motor Car M190 on Two Flat Cars. Can Anyone Give Me Some Info About It??Last I Knew,It Was Either In The Age Of Steam Museum In Dallas or A Museum In California.

Also,I Saw A Former Troop Sleeper and A Caboose In A Shop Area Just About Two Blocks Away.

Any Info About Them As Well??Finally,In A Government Building On Mountain Street(I Beleive,But I May Be Wrong)I Noticed A Steam Locomotive On A Siding In Back.It Looked To BeI In The Process Of Restoration as Well.Does Anyone Have Some Info On That As Well??

Finally,Ate Supper At The Medicene Mound Depot Restraunt In Quanah Last Night.Very Good Food.Anyway,Any Info Concerning The Steam Engine; The M190 and The Caboose and Troop Sleeper Is Appreciated.
