I just received a postcard notification today from NCE, they have their new command software available.

  • Functions 0 through 28 Activated
  • Playable whistle with appropriate Sound Decoders
  • Improved Accessory Control
  • Enhanced Consist Operations

Thanks for the heads up.  I'll be watching my mail box, because I have the NCE ProCab Radio set and it will be intresting to see if it is included.

I received my postcard the other day.  EPROM updates, and the ability to do it on your own, is one of the reasons I chose NCE.

I am very keen to see how another company handles the move up to F28.  I have an e-mail saying it will happen this year but no indication of how.

JK, did you ever get any satisfaction with information on the individual CV volume control and instructions on the sound decoder?

Functions 0 - 28?  I've had that for months now on my Power Cab with the Smart Booster. Clown [:o)]  Seriously, that's good news to hear.  Dick, do you know how long it will be before you get it in the mail?
