Who made an HO scale Alco PA loco in Austria?

Does anyone know what company manufactured an HO scale ALCO PA locomotive in Austria? I need to get replacement parts for a 'B' unit, but the only markings are 'Made in Austria' stamped on the bottom of the trucks. If it helps any, the shell of the 'A' unit stops at the top of the pilot and side skirting. The pilot and skirting are attached to the chassis. I need to replace the geared wheel sets on the rear truck and their cover which are currently missing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'll hazard a guess and say Roco. Roco has built locomotives for Atlas in the past, as well as their own products. That said, I don't know if they ever made a PA.
