I HAVE THREE REVERSE LOOPS ON MY RR AND SOMETIMES WHEN TRAINS GO THRU THEM  WHEN THE REVERSE MODULE TRIPS IT THROWS THE TURNOUT CONTROLLED BY THE ACCESSORY DECODER,ANY SUGGESTIONS??? THX

The first question that needs to be addressed before we can provide any help is, what brand and type of reversing module, what brand and type of accessory decoder, and what type of turnout control (Tortoise, Atlas slam-bang solenoid, etc.)  Without this data, it's impossible to guess what might be causing your problems.

Without further data, I would guess that something is not wired right.  It sounds like the reversing module is somehow connected to the turnout.  The first thing I'd start looking for is two wires touching each other under the layout that are not supposed to be connected.
