Perfect Scale Models Brass Loco

I came across a Perfect Scale Models (made in Japan) brass F-M H12-44 for sale. It looks like a model of a later, simplified body style, with sill-mounted handrails. I thought it ran ok. I've never bought any brass, and I don't know about PSM. Any advice?
