What do you call those things on top of MetroNorth's M-2 cars and Septa's silverliners called. Where can I get that? I want to remodel an ho lirr M-1 into an M-2 since no market sells M-2's. What is the best way to remove the center windows from an HO Septa Silverliner and convert it to a Jersey Arrow III by adding a center door?

Are you referring to the metal electrical pick-up structures extending up to the wires, known as pantographs?  Or the raised roof section?
