What do you have to do to get the picture to become larger?

The picture must be stored on a photo storage website like shutterfly.com  or  photobucket.com

(Please keep the pixel size to a dull roar or it will overtake the screen and take too long to download.)

1. Once it's in a photo storage website album, click the picture to it's enlarged size..

2. Right click on the picture, and go to "properties."

3. A box will appear. There will be a url address (http:// someting) in the middle of the box which can be quite long. click and drag across the entire address until it's completely highlighted.

4. Right click and click "copy"

5. Go out of the photo storage web site and type in  the "img" thingy, click paste, and the "/img" thingy at the location where you want it to appear....chuck

And there is your problem..you're using webshots for storage...it allows you to move thumbnails..there is a way to get the big picture here from webshots but i don't know how to do it...All i can recommend is that you use shutterfly or photobucket...chuck
