I want to model an Athearn RTR BN GP35 into an BNSF GP39E/M/or V. I know that the rebuilds took GP35 hulks. Are there any significant outward differences between a 35 and 39 that I would have to model?

I think that you'll need to remove the center 36" radiator fan.
