There is a memo from Brian Marsh on Trainorders.

IMHO, very well stated.
It's refreshing to see that he didn't try to "snow job or sugar-coat" the situation (as some manufacturers have done in the past). He acknowledged that there have been some headache provoking problems and the company is working hard to make the needed changes and improvements. Tone was firm but concern for the customer is there.
Hopefully they'll be back on track with all their products soon.
"I like my Pullman Standards & Budds in Stainless Steel flavors, thank you!"
I can appreciate the response from Mr Marsh. I had a question for him about one of their passenger cars (me being just a "nobody"), and he got back to me personally (via e-mail and phone), the same day, to answer my question. Really a stand up guy if you ask me. Those are the kind of folks that I like to give my business to.
