Anybody has a photo of the 2-10-2 3879 as made by BLI in service.???

I would like to weather it as per prototype so need a reference photo.

  I have one photo of  # 3897, but in this photo it looks brand new and has no weathering at all.

A good photo could help anyway with detail.

Hello Adrian,

The 3897 has a slant-frront cab, so it's not an exact match for the Broadway model on that point. There might be other differences as well.

I can make it into a digital format, but can't get permission to post it.  Send me an e-mail and we will figure something acceptable to the author.

P.S. I will be out chasing old narrow gauge train grades for a couple days, so don't expect an immediate response.
