can model power ho scale 48 foot coaches be disassembled for painting?

does any one know if model power's ho scale 48 foot wood coaches can be disassembled to be painted? i want to paint some but with them having "glass" window it seems like trying to cover up the windows would be a pain. not sure if the coaches are like others in that after unscrewing some screws the car falls apart for painting. i think i may have to tape over the windows somehow.
