Hello all I was on today at work lunch time but could post or reply is there a way i can do this? Works fine from home . I login and will let me get to my acount but when i go to the forums it tells me i have to unlock my old name or macke a new one I tryed to unlock and it tells wrong password any help thanks frank

I had a similar problem; but I was using the same computer.

It turns out I had unknowingly made a typo in the email address when I was trying to login.

Check to be sure you made no typos in your email address; and that the "caps lock" is off when you enter your password.

If that doesn't help, contact Bergie -- he's great at sorting out problems.
