Blinking LED problem resolved

Thanks to Caellis and Nick for your reply. Placing a Capacitor across the DC terminals of the AC to DC rectifier solved the problem. I use LEDs and Fiber Optics to make low cost end of train devices and this will be far cheaper than using Decoders.
