Model Railroad Planning

In Model Railroad Planning 2006, Iain Rice has a design called "Gulfport, Yarde & Industry". On page 25, he states that the design is based on an earlier bedroom size design, however there is no reference as to where this plan was published.

Can anyone tell me where the earlier design was published as I cannot locate any other reference to it.

It is pretty obvious that Iain thinks that it is available somewhere and I would like to purchase a copy of it.
