i cant beive how cheap thay are. it hurts to think that its my railroad and i cant afford it. [xx(]

A cheap sound unit to me is under $150.00. Those are still ridiculous.

I must have a totally different definition of cheap. Notice they got no bids! I try to get sound units for under $130. My last Atlas Trainmaster was $100. That is what I consider a good price.
