Sawmill in N
Posted by Anonymous on Saturday, April 15, 2006 11:02 AM
I seem to be having a problem finding places to buy models of sawmill structures.
I need to find a good model of a beehive burner, a structure for loading woodchips and a building with a greenchain if possible. I would like to keep the era as modern as possible (I'm overlooking the fact that most modern mills do not use beehive burners anymore, mine will cause they are cool), but I will use just about anything.
Can anybody suggest good models to buy or maybe provide links to places to buy.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated as always!!!! [:D]

Guts Gravel & Glory made a stash burner, #S-151 for n scale. Its a solid plaster casting, but looks good. I think that Micro Metals made one out of brass, you solder that one .
The S-151 was very low cost, not sure about the brass unit.
