N Scale Pioneer Zephyr

After a couple of months of construction, I just finished laying an initial loop on my new "N" Scale layout. I've been anxious to try out the Con-Cor N Scale Pioneer Zephyr (It arrived in January, after nearly a two-year (!!!) wait.)

It was worth waiting for. Extremely smooth running and looks terrific. Although it's expensive, if you are a Burlington fan and an N Scale person, I happily recommend this model.

Several years ago I bought one of the Fine N Scale Zephyr kits. I'm afraid my skill level just wasn't up to the challenge. If you get a chance to buy one of the Con-Cor Zephyrs, I don't think you'll be disappointed.
