I keep a supply of those small, plastic sandwich bags on hand. After openning a bottle of paint for usage, I cut a square of the plastic from the bag and place it on the bottle mouth before screwing down the lid. That helps keep my paint pretty 'air tight' til the next usage.[:D]

when painting my parents will put paint on brushes and freeze it. if you let it thaw the paint will be just like it was when it came out of the can.

An old trick to use with Floquil is to first make sure the bottle is tightly sealed. Then turn it upside down so the pigment settles in the neck during storage. Simply turn it back over and shake it or stir it thoroughly when you're ready to use it again.
