Atlas n scale switch machines

On my n scale layout I have 2 atlas twin coil switch machines that work in one direction but not the other. They were working fine both ways earlier today, and then they just stopped working in one direction. One of them was just purchased and installed yesterday.

I am using a Lenz LS150 to throw the turnouts on my NCE PowerCab. I checked the wiring on the inside of both switche machines and could not see any problems. There were two wires to the common and one to each lead from the coils.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to a fix for this or anything to look for.
