dcc train brake?

Who here would like to be able to park a cut of cars on a grade without a loco or a pin potruding thru the rails to secure said cut. Just think, park them anywhere you want. with dcc isn't this possible? I am not an electronics guru so someone who is please come up with this solution and go ahead and profit for the sake of all us modelers.Maybe the decoder would engage a servo or a magnet? [:p]
